At Keystone Estates we feel that it is vital to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation within the letting industry and for this reason we are a member of the NLA. They have quarterly meetings in Newcastle as well as North Tyneside and Northumberland to inform us of current legislation, we recommend that all landlords sign up as there are also many other useful benefits including a landlord helpline.
