• Provision of a comprehensive photographic inventory by an independent company to protect your property and support any deductions from the Deposit.
We are also able to provide help with any of the above for Landlords who may have found their own Tenant or only need a small amount of assistance.
Our rates are extremely competitive and calculated on what services Landlords require and unlike many of our competitors we don’t charge VAT on our fees.
