Keystone Estates Sales Package

We offer everyone a free, no obligation valuation and will provide suggestions for ways clients could enhance the appeal of their property. We draw upon our many years experience in the industry and are able to offer advice on how to improve the chances of finding a buyer. We also place a ‘sensible’ valuation on the property as opposed to agents who may value it at an optimistically high price to get the business but know that it is unlikely that it will ever sell for that price.

We find honesty to certainly be the best policy and also do not tie sellers into long Sole Agency contracts.

The Keystone Estates Sales Fee is as low as £350 and includes:

• Free ‘For Sale’ board outside the property
• Free digital photography
• Full colour sales particular sheet with detailed information about the property
• Free advice on what may make the property more appealing to purchasers
• Your property advertised on our interactive website worldwide
• Your property promoted on internet search engines and property portals
• Advertising in carefully targeted local publications including The Journal Homemaker, North-East House Hunter, The Chronicle Extra
• A personal, friendly service with regular feedback
• Accompanied viewings
• Viewings arranged outside opening hours
• Details sent to waiting buyers on our mailing list if applicable
• Details circulated to our partner Agencies

The Keystone Sales Package is 1% of the purchase price (minimum £350).

There is also a £100 advertising fee payable when placing the instruction which covers at least two adverts in both the Homemaker and Househunter, and advertising on our website until sold.

However please note that whilst we operate a no sale - no fee policy, the advertising fee is non refundable.
